How to get to beaches:
The easiest way to get to Serifos's beaches is by motorbike or car. There is no bus service except during the high season (mid July-mid August).
Several beaches are located within walking distance to the port of Livadi and these include Livadakia and Karavi. Lia,
Agios Sostis and Psili Amos are also within walking distance (30 minutes +)...
Panigiria (church festivals) are held throughout the year and most of Serifos's churches.
Opening hours of shops: Shops in summer are generally open from 8:00-24:00.
Best time to visit: May/June and September/October are less crowded than the high season during July and August.
Serifos-Me3:Serifos-Me3 offers a variety of workshops and activities year-round for visitors and residents of Serifos.
Walks (also with special themes), Juggling courses, Greek lessons, Herbs, Greek cooking,…
from April until October: Yoga, Reiki, Greek dance, Creative writing, Wine, Music and many more.
Banking: Credit cards not generally accepted. There is one bank in the port of Livadi with an ATM machine and general banking services.
Tipping: generally service is included although locals round up their bill to the nearesr euro or leave a small tip.

Tsipuro is the local "Grappa" (it is distilled from the must of the grapes when wine is made). It is very strong...
